Meta Developer account ban, blank Disputes page

Hi. My Facebook and Meta Developer accounts were banned without telling me the actual reason. FB page was unlocked then but Meta Developer account was not - any action redirects me to https://developers.facebook.com/account_status/error/. When I try to to click "Submit a support request" there to open https://developers.facebook.com/account_status/disputes/ it opens a blank page. It is blank in both Chrome and Firefox. In Network tab I see that all assets were loaded with 200 OK status but the page is still empty.
