Meta for Developers registration stuck — "About You" step loops back, verification code

I'm trying to register a new Meta for Developers account (email: greenparrotsolutions@gmail.com). The email verification step completes successfully, but on the "About You" step, selecting any role (e.g., Developer) and clicking "Complete Registration" loops back instead of finishing.

Additionally, resending the verification email always returns the same code (e.g., 07434) instead of a new one.

Already tried: clearing cache/cookies, incognito mode, disabling extensions, allowing pop-ups/redirects, multiple resend attempts — issue persists every time.

Would appreciate help resolving this or having the account manually verified.

if i enters the code , iam getting same code again and again if i enters the code , role pop up opens

if i choose any roles also its again loops to contact info registration page

pleease help to resolve this
