Meta for Developers registration stuck in Contact Info loop

Hi Meta Team,

I am unable to complete my Meta for Developers account registration.

After completing the Contact Info step and selecting my developer role, I click “Complete Registration”, but instead of completing the registration, the page redirects me back to the Contact Info / verification step.

I have been experiencing this issue for 4 days.

I have already tried:

- Different browsers

- Incognito/private browsing

- Clearing cache and cookies

- Different devices

- Different networks

- Verified email and phone number

- Waiting 24 hours between attempts

The issue still persists.

I need the Meta Developer account specifically to create an app for the WhatsApp Cloud API.

Could you please check whether there is an account-side registration block or backend issue and help me complete the developer registration?

I am experiencing the same issue. I received the email code and entered it to complete the registration, but it redirected me back to the same section asking for the code again. When I requested a new code, I received the same one repeatedly, and the process remains stuck in a loop. I even updated the email and tried with a different address, but the issue still persists.
