Meta Horizon Start Application Page Unavailable — Membership Verification

Hello Meta Developer Support Team,

I'm trying to join the Meta Horizon Start program to participate in the Meta VR Start Developer Competition 2026.

I have an active Meta Developer Account and an organization named qleam (Organization ID: [deleted]).

However, the Horizon Start application page continues to show "This page isn't available." I reported this issue previously, and Meta Developer Support confirmed on October 9 that it had been escalated to the internal team. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved.

I also joined the Meta Community Forum, but my profile currently shows "New Member" rather than "Start Member" or "Start Partner."

Could you please clarify:

Is my developer organization sufficient, or do I need separate Horizon Start membership?

Is there an alternative way to apply while the application page is unavailable?

Can you help verify my membership status or resolve the application issue before the competition deadline?
