I FIXED IT! For anyone having the same problem here is how to fix it:

  1. Go to "XR Plugin Management"
  2. If you have SteamVR installed turn off "OpenVR Loader" (you can turn this back on after you build for Windows)
  3. On "Windows, Mac, and Linux turn on "Meta XR Feature Group" on OpenXR if you see "Meta Quest Support" turn it on also.
  4. If that doesn't work trying installing "Vulkan".

CPU: Apple M4

OS: macOS Tahoe 26.4
Unity version: 6000.4.0f1
