Not receiving SMS verification code after previous successful delivery, registration blocked

I'm trying to create a Meta for Developers account. I received the SMS verification code successfully on my first attempt, but since then no further codes are being delivered to my phone number, 914 413 722 (Portugal). I'm currently stuck on the "Verify account" step and can't proceed with registration.

Troubleshooting already tried:

• Waited well beyond the 30 second resend window before requesting a new code
• Confirmed the phone number can receive SMS from other services
• The number is a standard Portuguese mobile carrier number, not VoIP

Request: Please investigate why SMS delivery has stopped for this number, and if possible provide an alternative verification method (email, WhatsApp, etc.) or manually unblock delivery so I can finish registration.
