Release channel not working

My account is 18+ and I can download 18+ games but when I try to access a release channel game it’s says I’m under 18+, I’ve been dealing with this issue for 2 days now. Back then when I got early access to a game it worked but now it isn’t. No Meta Employee that I’ve met could help me with this problem. My account age is also verified which makes it weirder.
