SMS verification code not received

I am trying to create a Developer account and it asked for a phone number verification, but I receive no verification code at all. The same phone number is linked to my personal Facebook profile. Of course I tried waiting to resend it. Receiving from other platforms works fine. My phone number is in Denmark (+45).

Please help!
