Question

Start Developer Competition: Outdoor Setting for Trailer

Hi,

We are working on our trailer for our Mixed Reality app and wanted to ask if it is okay to film in outdoor settings. The reason I ask is that Meta Quest 3 is officially not recommended for outdoor use.

Thanks,

Horacio

I don't know about Oculus Quest 3, but I used the Quest 2 outside to map my whole neighborhood. I think the trick is to avoid direct sunlight. They don't want it to mess up the cameras.
