Student Development Team Looking for Guidance on Quest 3S Hardware Support

Hello Meta Horizon developer community!

We are a three-member student development team from Tamil Nadu, India, currently in 11th grade. We are working on an independent AI + Mixed Reality project and are exploring the possibilities of building our prototype on the Meta Quest platform.

Our project involves exploring how AI can understand a user's physical environment and interact with it through mixed reality, including voice-based interaction and spatial placement of digital content.

We believe the Meta Quest 3S would be a suitable platform for developing and testing our concept. However, as student developers, access to the required hardware is currently our biggest limitation.

We wanted to ask the Meta developer community and Meta team members here:

Are there any official programs, initiatives, developer opportunities, or hardware-support options through which an independent student development team could receive a Quest 3S as a complimentary development device?

We would be happy to provide further information about our team, project, development plan, or intended use of the device if required.

We are genuinely interested in learning, developing, and experimenting with mixed reality on the Horizon platform, and any guidance on the appropriate Meta program or team to contact would be greatly appreciated.
