Subject: Start member: pre-order published by mistake, need help with release date (ticket 1892377665417148)

My Game Luminism is ready,  but my pre-order went live by mistake and my approved full release is blocked until 15 Jan 2027. Has anyone moved a pre-order release date earlier, and who can approve that?

it is said you cannot move it to within 2 weeks, but that should be 15th Novemeber, right? Right now it is not allowing me to shift it before 15th january, and that is too long of a time as I am ready to publish my game right now. 

And, no one has pre-ordered my game yet either, so can this please be resolved so I can either publish immediately, or in 2 weeks?
