Unable to Receive SMS OTP for Meta Developer Verification

Hello Meta Support,

I am unable to complete Meta Developer verification because I never receive the SMS OTP.

I have tried more than 10 different Facebook accounts, multiple phone numbers, different browsers, devices, and internet connections. The verification code never arrives.

Country: Pakistan

I cannot create a Meta Developer App because the verification SMS is never delivered.

Please investigate this issue and let me know how I can complete the verification.

Thank you.
