Unable to receive SMS verification code for Meta developer account

Hi I'm trying to register or verify a Meta for Developers account and am stuck at the phone verification step. No SMS code is ever delivered, despite multiple attempts. What I have tried my number is +263 (Zimbabwe), already active and working for personal Facebook account 2FA via SMS.Also tried adding another number as an alternative - same result, no SMS received.Tried WhatsApp verification option in Accounts Centre also unsuccessful. Tried multiple browsers and devices.Tried on both Wi-Fi and mobile data.Waited between attempts to avoid rate-limiting

My personal Facebook account is active and in good standing and this number isn't linked to any other Meta developer account. This looks like a delivery issue on Meta's end rather than something wrong with my number. By the way im unable to use the standard "Report a Bug" tool since it requires an active developer account, which I'm blocked from creating because of this exact issue.

Could someone from the Meta team help look into this or escalate it to the specialist team? Happy to provide any further details needed.
