Unable to spend €15 on my meta quest vr account

So I was trying to buy a game a couple of months ago but it said my account is frozen due to “suspicious activity” probably because I got my older sister to bug me a bunch of vr games I tried to appeal like they told me to on the meta horizon app I did appeal and it made me go on to my email for more information but it was no help at all months later still haven’t got the problem solved can anyone help me?
