Unity Meta Core SDK 203.0 Unable to install on non Quest Android device

Hi,
The Unity com.meta.xr.sdk.core version 203.0 fails installing onto non Quest devices
It appears this version added an .aar under

"com.meta.xr.sdk.core@/Plugins/Android/RuntimeOptimizer_Plugin.aar"
which has the line
"<uses-native-library android:name="libossdk.oculus.so" android:required="true"/>"
Attempting to install on non Quest android device will result in an error:
"... requires unavailable native shared library libossdk.oculus.so; failing!"

Reverting back to version 201.0 fixes it as it doesn't have that .aar file.
Any fix or workaround would be appreciated.

I experienced the same problem. Had to revert to 201 to be able to install it on non-Quest devices.
As of today, the newest version, 205, did not fix this.

Workaround: Adding an IPreprocessBuildWithReport with:

        foreach (var importer in PluginImporter.GetImporters(BuildTarget.Android))
            if (importer.assetPath.EndsWith("RuntimeOptimizer_Plugin.aar"))
                importer.SetIncludeInBuildDelegate(_ => false);
