I am the reporter on case #10163496859373927, filed 27 Oct 2026. Eight days and eleven reporter messages later — including a "Day 8" update filed today — the case still sits in "New" status with no human triage. Meta's only contact remains the automated acknowledgement of 27 Oct.

The report concerns an unresolved security issue in Muse (a product listed in the Bug Bounty program's own scope): runtime submissions carrying no device ID and no verifiable request root reaching platform agents — in the latest documented instance (4 Nov, 21:32 ET) an agent was created from a submission that cannot be attributed to the account owner.
