*Urgent: Fall Sale discount change promised Oct 6 still not applied — sale goes live Oct 23

Hey all, 

I'm Pamela from Five Finger Studios (The Living Remain). Posting here in case anyone from the store team can help, because we're running out of time.

On Oct 5 I emailed the store team asking for our Fall Sale discount to be changed from 40% to 75% (approved seasonal sales can't be edited in the dashboard, hence the request). On Oct 6 they confirmed they'd update it as a one-time edit. It's now Oct 21 and the dashboard still shows 40% off ($11.99).

I've followed up twice by email (Oct 15 and Oct 20) with screenshots, and filed support ticket #87435 yesterday morning. It's marked "Investigating" but there's no reply yet.

The details:

• App: The Living Remain — Quest (5041485435895821) and Rift (1119823131400986)
• Promotion: [Sale] Fall Sale (seasonal event), Oct 23 – Nov 1, 2026 (ID 3170886473122551) — one shared promotion covering both entries, both still at 40%
• Expected: 75% off ($19.99 → ~$4.99)

The sale goes live in two days and we're holding off promoting it until the price is right. If anyone from the store team sees this, we'd really appreciate the change being applied.
