On 24 September, Meta Business Support checked internally and reported that the submission "has encountered a technical rejection behind the scenes" while still displaying as Pending. It was escalated to a specialist team, though the escalation completed without generating a case or reference number, so there is nothing on my side to track it with.
App: Riot With Us (1043298305232862). It previously lacked an app icon and a category, and its policy URLs pointed at a retired domain. All three are now supplied, and the App Dashboard reads as eligible for submission. Publish status is Development.
The verification use case selected is "App requires access to permissions on Meta for Developers". What this company actually needs is to run ads and manage Pages and Instagram accounts, so if the verification is tied to that app, I am glad for it to be re-pointed at the ads and Pages use case instead.
Could someone trigger a manual review, or confirm whether changing the use case is the faster path? Happy to supply the Certificate of Incorporation or Company Extract if a reviewer wants them.
