VR account suspended

My account was suspended as a result of not verifying my age in time because i didn’t have access to the email these notices were being sent to leading the banning/indefinite suspension of my account. I don’t know how to contact meta support to appeal for this as in order to appeal you need to log in but you can’t get in to the account without appealing??? This is really making contemplate destroying my headset out of pure anger, also the email i was going to write was this: 

Hello, 

I'm sending this email to appeal for my account to be enabled in order for me to verify my age. This time last year I received an email asking me to confirm my age which was impossible as a result of me not having access to this email for a certain period of time. From my perspective I think it is quite harsh to go to such an extent of disabling my account just because I could not respond promptly. Given the opportunity I could authenticate my age anytime quite easily as well.  If I could get response with the exact details of my ban and also notice for my accounts reactivation I would largely appreciate it.
