Well this might be possible if you do these:

  1. Build it as a WhatsApp Business Platform experience (Cloud API + webhooks + your game logic). 
  2. Use interactive buttons/lists for choices, and/or Flows for structured screens. 
  3. Distribute it by getting users to message your number (QR code, link, ads, website)

    Yes, my idea is to gamify existing chat behavior without changing WhatsApp’s UI. Users already scroll up to read old chats, more ingaging and in free time and that scrolling or decision-making can become gameplay using WhatsApp Business APIs (Cloud API, webhooks, interactive buttons). The chat itself becomes the level, so no new content generation is needed. Difficulty can increase after certain points, for example longer messages or higher hit probability. It’s a turn-based, conversational game layer built fully within WhatsApp’s official capabilities, focused on engagement and retention. A web prototype can demonstrate the visual version, while WhatsApp runs the legal chat-native version.
