Can't access NPC Ai Features

I've contacted support and they said i should check out the community forums and post feedback which i already did and they closed my ticket saying these features are not available, even though i was told they are available for everyone in the US. 
I'm so confused and don't really know whether they are available in the US or not.  I have all the rest of the GenAI features but not the NPC features.

Hello!

The NPC AI features are available to everyone in the US as long as they are also trying to access the features while physically located in a country where the AI feature is available.

For example - If you made your account in the US, but currently living in a country where it it not accessible, such as Singapore or Israel, you will not be able to access it.

Trying to access it from the US on an account that was opened in the US.
