Cannot update collaborators in World - "unable to load content"

Hi,

For over a week at least (perhaps much longer), I have been getting an error message whenever I try to click to manage collaborators for my one world "ZOSU Zoo (Tower Update)"

Is there anyway to fix this?

I need to update Moderators in my world and it appears I can only do this through the VR collage management options?

Note that if I click into the collaborators button with this error and then click on the pink coin purchase option by my profile and then back out (to try to return to the collab screen) that instead of taking me back to this error it just shows a loading screen that never loads.

I've had a similar situation. I will add someone as collaborator and get that "Unable to Load Content" sign. But the person still got the invite. Every time this has happened the person still got the invite. It's very confusing to me.

hello, I submitted a case but I just had to send them a link to this post because it is I guess not clear why this is a unintended behavior. Is there any other way to add/update moderators outside of the web or VR collab buttons? [bugged in this world]

I just discovered that if you have a Pending Invite - whether as an Editor, Tester, or Moderator - this issue happens. I canceled a Pending invite to an Editor and the error was no longer there. I then upgraded another user to a Moderator and the error was back. I'm guessing that when this user accepts the Moderation request, the error will be resolved again. I hope this helps!
