clothing guardrails are inaccurate

in the clothing creation I am getting blocked from uploading my own texture file that I created, saying it goes against the rules.  It is very kid friendly and no ip or anything.  Meanwhile, the AI generator gave me something that looked like it said “bit**” on it.

is there an approval process we could submit textures to bypass the system?

      Hi there!

I’m running into something odd with IWP and could really use a hand.

I uploaded my own (non-offensive) texture and got back-to-back violations when I tried to list the items. I appealed, and about five minutes later some of those same items—with the exact same logo and style—were approved while others were still restricted.

I also sent a ticket through Meta Creators and chatted on Monday, but haven’t heard back yet. Getting a bunch of violations at once with no way to talk to a person has been super frustrating.

Could someone please take a look and do a human review? I’m happy to share anything you need:

      Item IDs / timestamps
Screenshots of what was approved vs. restricted
      The texture and logo files

Thanks so much—I really appreciate the help and any guidance on what’s triggering the flags so I can fix it going forward.

Hi, I had a similar problem. Some items were “restricted.” After I appealed, a further review determined that they did not violate the rules and they were restored. Now they have “Approved” status, but I can't offer them in my worlds like all the others. They cannot be found in the Commerce section of the Desktop Editor. What should I do?

Second problem: An item was first restricted, but then approved. I only corrected the description, and now it is restricted again. I requested another review, but it was automatically rejected again, even though the texture was not changed and it had already been approved. Can anyone help me with this?

Unfortunately, the automatic review is still... let me put it diplomatically... not particularly good 😉

I'm having a similar issue in the clothing creation. I am also getting blocked from uploading my own texture files with the same message saying "it goes against the rules".  It's quite literally autumn-themed with flowers, made for all ages.

Is this a glitch we wait out or?

I greatly appreciate any and all information you may have!
