Desktop editor not opening

Has anybody else seen this issue? When I try and open desktop editor through link or through the state loan when I get this issue. I’ve uninstalled my Norton. I’ve turned off my firewall. I’ve reinstalled desktop editor, and Link and no help.

A square pops up with what looks like the horizon logo kind of and an! And it says this

Editor does open, but when I go to go to one of my worlds, that’s when it shuts down

Yes I have experienced this. I restarted my computer and it seemed to resolve it. Had it a couple of times. Hope that helps :]

Yeah, I restarted uninstalled reinstalled tried everything nothing so far thanks though appreciate it

    i am having the same issue, i get on desktop it looks like its gona work but soon as i try to go to a world to edit it freezes up and just wont load and crashes same alert pops up for me as well
