Error loading libovrbodyp.dll in Horizon editor

I am trying to troubleshoot a fresh installation of Meta Horizon Desktop Editor.  I am installing it from Horizon Link.  The app seems to install properly, no errors reported.  When I launch it, the app just hangs.  Looking at the tasks in Task Manager I see the unitycrash exe running.  When I check the log in AppData\LocalLow\Meta\Horizon Worlds, I see that libovrbodyp.dll has failed to load with an error.  The DLL is installed.  I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app.  I've updated my graphics drivers.  I've updated all the VCC redistributables and checked for updates to Visual Studio.

Direct3D:
Version: Direct3D 11.0 [level 11.1]
Renderer: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (ID=0x1b81)
Vendor: NVIDIA
VRAM: 8067 MB
Driver: 32.0.15.8180

Does anyone have an idea what to look for or try in order to get the app to load?

So, I opened a ticket on the issue a month ago and we're still feeling around in the dark.  No progress, no real movement.  I wish someone would have thought to add some useful information to the player.log file.

Does anyone have any suggestions?  Real suggestions? (Aside from giving up on the whole idea, that is)
