FB Personal Account Restricted - All I See is White Screen. Help!

So i have a personal account and i was notified that it was restricted from running any ads because of some issue i dont remember last 2018. But im just a student back then so i didnt bother fixing it.

Now, im working as VA Marketing in a company and i cant even run Ads! Whenever i click Ads Manager it delivers me to the link but all i see is WHITE SCREEN. No buttons, no anything!

Im desperate, i tried everything, click everything, check every videos, and talk to a lot of AI but all the links are White Screen. Anything related to Ads Manager is WHITE BLANK SCREEN. Except for Meta Business Suite, it works well.

Can you help me huhu. I tried creating a second account, it works for almost 6 months now, but it got flagged by meta. and now im not able to use anything. Im afraid i might get fired when my boss realized i have no contribution in the company.

They are aware of my situation, i just cant help but overthink that i might get fired because of this.
