FORMAL LEGAL WARNING – I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST META AND INSTAGRAM UNTIL MY ACCOUNT @osk.gm04 IS RESTORED
I am making this statement publicly to express my serious concern regarding Meta's continued refusal to restore my Instagram account, @osk.gm04, which was disabled on June 17, 2026.
I firmly dispute this decision and maintain that my account was wrongfully disabled. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter through Meta's internal appeal procedures, support channels and external dispute-resolution mechanisms, my account remains inaccessible.
I want to make my position absolutely clear:
I am determined to take legal action against Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram and any other legally responsible entities or parties, using every appropriate legal avenue available to me, until my account is restored and this matter is resolved.
I am prepared to pursue civil proceedings, regulatory complaints, European dispute-resolution mechanisms and any further legal remedies that may be necessary.
My case has already been brought before several relevant institutions, including the Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC), the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) and European dispute-resolution bodies.
I demand:

A genuine investigation and human review of my case.

A detailed explanation of the legal and contractual grounds for disabling my account.

A review of all evidence and previous appeals.

The restoration of my Instagram account if Meta cannot substantiate its decision.

An appropriate response from a person with actual authority to resolve this matter.
I will not accept endless automated responses, generic explanations or repeated redirection between support departments.
I WILL NOT ABANDON THIS CASE. I AM PREPARED TO PURSUE EVERY AVAILABLE LEGAL REMEDY UNTIL MY ACCOUNT @osk.gm04 IS RESTORED.
I remain open to an amicable resolution, but Meta should understand that I am serious about pursuing this matter through the courts and the relevant regulatory authorities.
I expect Meta to take this situation seriously.
