Has anyone having problem with payout account? (Verify documents)

I was asked to verify documents for my payout account, but when I click the "Verify Documents" button, it redirects me back to the Meta Horizon homepage. I couldn’t upload my documents, and I’ve also tried doing this on my mobile device.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

We know issues with payouts are the absolute last thing you want to experience. 

In this case, we'll need to take a look at your account, which involves asking you some sensitive information.
