horizon is not available for everyone yet

Have you tried updating both your headset and your mobile app to resolve the issue of "Horizon not available"?

I'm still awaiting a ticket number from you on your ability to access the creator portal on the Partner Discord. I requested it a couple days ago and I have not seen a response.

Im having the exact same issue, just started yesterday, and ive literally tried everything there is to try. Meta support told me to wait 24hrs, but nope, nothing, same error message saying 'Horizon isnt availible to everyone yet', Ive been using this same account for 3 years now, this needs to be fixed ASAP

I’m having the same issue. It was ok on the Saturday but by the following Wednesday it wouldn’t work and hasn’t since. I’ve reported it to Meta and all I keep getting told is that it’s not available for everyone yet. Apparently it’s not happening by region, every account is different. Some will get access sooner than others. But this still leaves us with the questions, why has access suddenly been removed and why are we expected to just wait until they give us access back with no timescale? It’s ridiculous.
