I'm having an issue

Have they stopped allowing us to create clothing? Why I ask is that every one of my clothing creations has been denied due to an incomplete listing of information after I have gone back several times, making sure all information fields have been filled. Then I click OK after all the information is in, to publish it, which shows my design in the inventory, but says it cannot be published at this time, to try again later. I then go back to try again, and the name is gone, but the description is there, the price set is there, but it won't publish.
