In-world purchase issues

Hello everyone! 
I just published a clothing store with in-world purchases and once someone buys an item it doesn’t show up on their assets. Does anyone else is having this same issue? (Someone just purchased 6 pieces and non of them are showing in their assets/closet). Any information would be really appreciated. Thanks!

    I had this same issue.. It turned out that i was accidentally importing them as in world assets not Avatar items... 
    I needed to use the desktop editor... go to Systems then commerce and add them as Avatar items... 

    I searched for days to figure it out and asked many other creators before i figured it out..

    I'm sorry you are running into this issue. Sometimes, the newly purchased items will appear in lower spots in a user's inventory, or intermixed with other items. They should try scrolling through the full inventory to be sure it is missing.

    Thank you for responding and unfortunately the issue persists. No items were delivered. I was told the clothes shows as “permanent” and needed to change it to avatar item.  From my end, it does shows as avatar item. My concern is how to fix this and how will meta provide a refund to those who paid for the items and never received them. Thank you.

    I'm sorry that did not solve the issue. Please file a ticket with our support team in Zendesk to investigate this further.

      eshakm.2024​ , is there a solution in the linked discord as I have the same issue and can't access your link. Will this issue be resolved? On the same note could someone give a code snippet on what should work with IWPSeller. There seem to be different codes from the tutorial and what I see in the discord.

      Hi, yes the zen desk let me know. I have since then been able to access the desktop editor and bring clothes into the world. BUT now I have the issue the commerce window disappears after 2 seconds I click on it. It started to happen after the latest desktop update. I have a ticket opened and hopefully it gets resolved soon.
