instagram account disabled and need help recovering

My Instagram account has been disabled, and I am requesting your help to get it reviewed and restored.

I believe my account may have been disabled by mistake. I would appreciate it if the Meta team could review my account and clarify the reason for this action.
If any content or activity violated Instagram's Community Guidelines unintentionally, I am willing to understand the issue and follow the applicable policies.
My account was previously hacked and I've painstakingly manage to get it back with your support. This includes an account name change, removing link to meta horizon and linking it to another email account. With my account now disabled I am unable to identify which email the account is attached to.
This account is important to me, and I kindly request a fair review and an opportunity to recover it if eligible.
