MHCP Community Meeting – Join Together as a Collective Voice

These meetings are about more than just discussion, they’re about action.
We come together as a collective voice to express what matters most to us. At the end of each meeting, we compile the top priorities from the community into a formal letter or statement that is submitted directly to Meta. This ensures that our feedback isn’t just heard individually, but amplified as a unified message from the creator community.

What’s This Meeting About?
We’ll be going over the recent response from Meta, discussing what it means for the future of MHCP, and surfacing key topics that creators want to bring to the table.

What We Do in These Meetings:

  • Share updates and feedback from Meta
  • Discuss challenges and opportunities on the platform
  • Gather and prioritize community-submitted topics
  • Collaborate on ideas to improve the creator experience
  • Submit a collective letter to Meta reflecting our shared voice

        I would like to make a suggestion for a topic that I believe is extremely important to discuss and come together on. I think we need to address the concerns and limitations of the platform in regards for developing for mobile. It is obvious that mobile is the main focus, and I know I would be more inspired to develop for mobile if I felt as though it was a viable platform for successful mobile development.

          For mobile some specific changes we need are:

          1. Improved discoverability on the menu
          2. Improved new user experience to enable creators to share links that have a direct path to the creators world
          3. Improved link to world experience
          4. Access to the accelerometer data and haptics on the phone
          5. Ability to publish to mobile only

            Need to have access to the new clothing we are creating to dress our NPC avatars.  This is needed to:

            1. Showcase clothing on different body types - they can look really different and our customer deserve to be able to see how things will change for their body type
            2. Costume NPCs to fit the world we create.  This includes uniforms, characters and more
