How does one create a moving platform that can transport all users and NPCs on it?

The Meta Horizon Worlds GitHub has some snippets that can help you with this mechanic. Check under the Base_Game_Logic folder. The Utils.ts file has an EntityTransformer  class that allows you to move objects overtime
