QUERY ERROR WIN TRYING TO BUY CREDITS

Hi, is there a fix to this problem? I haven't had issues before. I've reset my headset. I've tried going trough mobile, but can't locate how to add coins. Please help.

    please help can not buy credits. I keep resetting my system...all i see is white screen with three dots
