Unable to Access My Meta Account – Lost Authenticator and Backup Codes

Hello Meta Community,

I need help recovering access to my original Meta account.

I am locked out of my account because it requires a two-factor authentication (2FA) code. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the authenticator app that generated the codes, and I did not save my backup recovery codes.

When I try to log in, the system asks me to enter an authentication code, but there is no option to verify my identity using another method.

I have logged into this community using a different Meta account so that I can ask for assistance.

Here is my situation:

I know my original account's login credentials.

I cannot generate the required authentication code.

I do not have my backup codes.

The login screen does not offer any alternative verification methods.

I want to recover access to my original account without creating a new one.

Could someone please guide me through the official account recovery process or let me know how I can contact the appropriate Meta support team to verify my identity and regain access?

I am happy to complete any official identity verification process required.

Thank you for your help.
