URGENT — Meta Verified Business Account @telluscoop Locked in Broken Recovery Loop

Hello Meta Team,

I am writing on behalf of Tellus Cooperative regarding our official Instagram account, @telluscoop, which has been inaccessible since October 12, 2026.

Instagram detected suspicious activity and automatically locked our account.

We followed the instructions provided by Instagram, including adding a new email address and changing our password. However, the account remains locked.

Every available recovery method is failing:

• SMS verification codes never arrive.

• WhatsApp verification codes never arrive.

• The "Get help from friends" option redirects us to the login screen.

• The recovery link sent by Instagram leads back to the same broken verification process.

• Password resets do not restore access.

We have an active, paid Meta Verified subscription, but we cannot access its support features because they require us to log in to the locked account.

We have access to our original and newly registered email addresses and can provide proof of ownership, business documentation, subscription receipts, and screenshots.

We are requesting that this issue be escalated to an authorized Instagram account recovery specialist for manual review.

This is an organization's official account, and losing access is affecting our communications and operations.
