I am seeking assistance regarding my personal Facebook account, which was recently permanently disabled under the Account Integrity policy.

I have maintained this account since 2 October 2013, and it holds nearly 13 years of my personal memories, photographs, family connections, friendships and conversations.

I genuinely believe that an identity-information discrepancy in my account may have contributed to this situation, and I would like to clarify it transparently.

2. Important Clarification Regarding My Date of Birth

I acknowledge that the incorrect birth year was entered on my Facebook account previously. This was my mistake, and I sincerely regret the discrepancy.

I respectfully request an opportunity to correct the date of birth on my Facebook account and complete any additional identity-verification requirements.

3. Clarification Regarding My AI Influencer Project

I also manage a separate creative project featuring a completely fictional, AI-generated influencer character. It has its own Instagram account and Facebook Page, which I manage through my genuine personal Facebook profile.

The influencer email address was added as a secondary email to my personal Facebook account for administrative purposes.

The AI character is fictional and is not intended to impersonate any real individual or misrepresent my personal identity.

I am concerned that the combination of the different account identities, associated email address and the date-of-birth discrepancy may have contributed to an incorrect Account Integrity assessment.

4. Current Account Situation

My personal Facebook account was permanently disabled following an Account Integrity review, and I was informed that no further standard review was available.

My linked Instagram account was also restricted. I submitted an appeal on 30 October 2026 and completed the requested passport and video-selfie verification. The Instagram account is still inactive, and its appeal remains under review.

5. My Request

I sincerely request Meta to:

1. Manually review my personal Facebook account and the circumstances surrounding its disablement.

2. Consider the date-of-birth discrepancy as a possible identity-verification issue.

3. Allow me to correct my date of birth from 11 November 2000 to 11 November 1985 using my passport as official identification.

4. Independently verify my personal identity and distinguish it from the fictional AI influencer project I manage.

5. Review the linked Instagram restriction and its ongoing identity-verification appeal.

6. Provide an appropriate secure channel to submit my passport and any additional documents required.

7. Reconsider the permanent disabling decision and restore my account if it was disabled due to an incorrect identity assessment.

I have been using Facebook since 2013, and losing access to this account has been extremely distressing. I respect Meta's Community Standards and understand the importance of providing accurate identity information.

I acknowledge my mistake regarding the date of birth and am ready to correct it through the proper verification process.

I am not asking for any exemption from Meta's policies. I am simply requesting a fair opportunity to establish my genuine identity and recover an account that I have maintained for nearly 13 years.
