Glasses non-responsive

38 days after I purchase Meta Ray-Ban sunglasses, no responsive and will not charge. I’ve done (or attempted to do) a factory reset.

It’s quite frustrating that I wasted so much on a pair of these and the issues I’ve experienced.

Also, the finish rubbed off the bridge from going in the charging case. This is in acceptable and I’d think concerning for Ray-Ban product quality review.
