Hey meta not working.

Recently after a few months of ownership of the gen 2 ray ban meta glasses, the voice command of “Hey Meta” doesn’t activate or work. I already tried to reset the glasses and unpair and pair them again but none of those worked and the command “hey meta” still doesn’t work. Please help as soon as possible because i frequently use the Meta ai in my everyday life and it would be quite annoying and difficult if my glasses can’t be used the way i want them to be used
