I can’t reset the glasses to factory settings.

I bought a pair of pre-owned Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer (Gen 1) glasses, but they are linked to the previous owner's account. I can't reset them; pressing the button five times does nothing, and the orange light doesn't come on. A forced restart also yields no results. What should I do in this situation?
