Whenever I took the glasses out the case, they would get stuck in a pairing loop. The only way to fix it was by turning them off and on again. 

To fix it, I did a factory reset, but now I can't download the Spanish langueage pack or any language than US English.

Futhermore, the pairing loop problem persists.

Just turn off the glasses before putting them into the case? 

Obviously some sort of buffer overflow while the glasses are in standby in the case. 

Clear the Cache and Data in your Meta AI App (or reinstall) then update the glasses after the factory reset. After the update all languages and features should be available again.
