Meta AI app availability for Garmin Fenix 9 PRO in Garmin Connect IQ Store

Hi !

I recently bought a Garmin Fenix 9 PRO and an Oakley Vanguard. I need to install the Meta AI app into the Garmin Connect IQ Store and itΒ΄s currently not available for the Fenix 9 PRO model (it seems Fenix 9 is available).

I know this is a quite new model launched weeks ago. Is there any estimation about when Fenix 9 PRO will be available in the compatible devices ?

Hi! I saw the same issue with Fenix 9 PRO.

The Meta AI app for Garmin currently only supports the regular Fenix 9, not the Fenix 9 PRO AMOLED model yet. That's why you’re seeing "Device not compatible".

Since Fenix 9 PRO launched just weeks ago, Garmin and Meta usually take 1-2 months to add support for new models.

What you can do for now:

    1. Keep checking Garmin Connect IQ Store for updates

    2. Contact Garmin Support

That's literally what the OP already said. Are you badge farming πŸ˜‰?

How come this is marked as "Solved"? This is not solved at all. Fenix 9 Pro is not supported. What is actually missing is just a checkmark in the manifest file and republish. A 5 minute task. Shame on Meta!

Because the OP marked it as solved. It's their thread, they got the answer they were looking for πŸ˜‰.
