Meta Display - Handwriting Feature Not Showing!

I have updated to the latest version (125) on my Meta Display Ray Bans, however handwriting recognition isn't working/enabled for some reason. I have even factory reset my device and tried switching from my iPhone to my backup Android phone with no luck. My Neural Band is also fully up to date (version 5).

I'm really disappointed in my entire experience so far. I only got the update today despite it launching almost a week ago! Meta (for some reason) release their updates in waves. I've spent more time factory resetting these glasses than actually using or wearing them. This is my first Meta product I have ever purchased, and quite frankly will be my last. As a software engineer, I've never encountered something riddled with so many bugs!
