Meta Glasses can't pair due to glasses already registed, previous account suspended, cannot access

Dear community,

Wanted to know if anyone has the solution to this problem where I can't pair my meta glasses to the new account, 

Meta AI wants me to factory reset via my previous account, to pair the glasses, but the previous account was hacked and they nuked the whole meta account via posting things that violated community standards on instagram, so I can't login to the old account to do this factory reset.

Any ideas?

I have a similar problem, I lent my glasses to a friend (I deleted them from my account first) after a week he returned them to me and also deleted them from his account so I could connect to them again and I get the same message. Factory reset doesn't work at all, I did it about 20 times.
