Meta vanguard prizm glasses

Hi

I'm having issues with my new glasses. Worked fine for a day whilst in Greece.  Then sat at the pool and no sound at all taking pictures , video or listening to music. Glasses still worked ie pictures ang video. Then they wouldn't charge . I put the in the case but no lights and wouldn't connect to app. Put them away until I got back to the UK. Ive put them on charge and the case charged but not the glasses. Ive cleaned them as described,I've reset them as described.ive factory reset them as described. All I gat is four flashes of the red led on the case. It says connected in the app but shows no battery status but takes pictures and video. Please help someone
