Not going into pairing mode

So I recently bought a pair of Rayban Meadows from my cousin and when I went to pair of them with my AI app, I can’t get the glasses to start pairing nor can I get the case to start pairing turn blue I’ve done everything that says it needs to be done, but it still does not work. They are powering on. They are holding power just not attempting to pair. I don’t know what to do to fix it and there’s no one to talk to them over the phone. I don’t know. Maybe there’s some software I can download or what
