Pairing with Outlook Contacts

I'm trying to pair my glasses with my Outlook account to access my contacts. I have over 13,000 contacts due to my business. My glasses will not pair with Outlook due to the volume of contacts. It stops at 5,000. What do I do to work around this?  Also, I have Classic Outlook and do have many duplicate contacts, but all I can find to do to rid myself of duplicate contacts is to manually delete them with Classic Outlook. Any suggestions?
