Ray-Ban Meta stuck in reset loop

Hi, hoping someone here or a Meta rep can help — support chat just bounces me between Meta and Ray-Ban with no resolution.

What happened:

1. Unpaired glasses from iPhone via Bluetooth settings before starting anything.
2. Started standard factory reset (close right temple, press capture button 5x until solid orange, hold until flashing, release). LED blinked white/orange continuously for ~10 min, never reached solid green/off.
3. Power switch OFF did not stop the blinking — LED ignored the switch entirely.
4. Performed multiple forced restarts since (switch OFF → hold capture button until LED turns solid red AND fully goes out → switch ON while still holding → release). Results have been inconsistent across attempts:
   • Some attempts: LED goes red, glasses power off completely, then power back ON by themselves within seconds, resuming white/orange blinking.
   • Other attempts: LED goes red, powers off completely and stays off; manual power-on afterward results in either white/orange blinking again, or plain white blinking (no orange) — this seems to alternate unpredictably between restarts, not tied to anything I'm doing differently.
   • One attempt after charging in the case (lid closed, USB-C connected, ~25 min): powering on produced no LED / no reaction at all at first, until I held the capture button through a full red-on-then-red-off cycle, after which it resumed blinking.
5. In both the white/orange state AND the plain-white state, left completely untouched for 15+ minutes — no change, never reaches solid green, never turns off on its own.
6. Tried pairing via the Meta AI app (fresh "add new glasses" flow) during both blinking states — app does not detect the glasses via Bluetooth at all, even without touching the glasses during the search.
7. Tried case-based resets (lid closed, lid closed + charging, lid open + charging, holding the case's own button ~30 sec) — no effect on the blinking in either state.

Current state: Glasses stuck in a loop, alternating between white/orange and white-only blinking depending on the restart attempt, never completing the reset (no solid green/off), and never detectable via Bluetooth for app pairing in either state.
