S26 Ultra does not download languages

I have bought a brand new Gen meta 2 and for my surprise, we tested with other phones available, but nor mine neither my wife's S26 Ultra were able to update the language packages. It starts the download, but get stuck on around 25%. We have tried different languages packages, such as Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. For all of them, the same issue.

We made a factory reset on the glasses, clean installation of meta AI, new account. And no solution whatsoever. I got a full refund and apparently, this is a known issue that is not public disclosed...
